Dear reader
the intention of this text is to provide documentation of my process of finding the schematics and manual, albeit incomplete, building the actuator itself and to store findings in my ongoing probes into its workings and history
as you might guess, i am not the only one to have attempted this process; i do attempt to provide documentation and sourcing for other attempts throughout recent history, although there is not much easily available public literature on this topic. There is however a wide variety of literature that I have been able to lay hands on that provides windows into US govermnment testing of technologies associated around the actuator and its counterparts, most of which I have attempted to cite in this text.
The manual and schematics I acquired from an estate sale in my hometown of washington, Virginia. It's not clear how it came to be in this location, as the previous owner was not named at the auction. The manual was among a wide variety of other texts, many of which I cite in this text. it was also in a highly disheveled and incomplete form. Initially, my goal was merely to reassemble the text into an understandable form, a goal which I was mostly successful in, although it's difficult to tell whether or not it is incomplete as the manual is highly technical, and not the easiest read. The text you are reading contains photocopies of the manual which I will label as such in a transparent manner.
After piecing together the text I did beging to go about the process of collecting materials for the project, which was certainly one of the more difficult aspects, as the composer of the manual is not of the present time-scape, and also probably didn't have similar economic restrictions as myself during the time of my life that I was working on this (let's face it, this aspect has not changed much int he time that has elapesed).
Looking back, I should have taken a holisitic approach to constructing the actuator and should not have cut so many corners, but i digress.
several years elapsed; the machine is complete and in working order. At this ppoint I am engaging myself in this project as somewhat of an odd hobby. This is for play, for sport. I do not believe all the tenets of the manual as they are laid out; It reads like dogma and I am skeptical. As I begin to test the actuator and perform tweaks of it's engineering, my mind begins to shift on this topic. I'm not innocent of dabbling in the unknown, unscientific or spiritual, but I would not say that I am superstitious, and because of this predisposition the ongoing shift, still to this day, in my belief about the actuator and the part of myself that it has allowed me to access, is frankly shocking. Others (friends, family, academic colleagues -- the latter of which I have had to distance myself from for this very project), seem to think that I have lost my mind; you can hear it in their voices when they call or check in on me.

I am not saying that their concern is unjustified; i have sacrificed a lot for this project, including a relationship and my academic career; but I do still have faith that at some point in the near or far future, what we have learned here will enter into the mainstream public eye and become of grave importance for the future evolution of our species.
Anyway, it is due to these intruding concerns of "normal society" that I am compiling these resources into this bound, and I hope, easy to comprehend text, as well as providing the accompanying folders of further documentation of the process. This includes: clippings from newspapers and other public media, redacted govermnet documents provided to me by close acquantances with clearance, schematics and other technical jargon that was important to my process, historical and anthropological literature, obviously- portions of the manual and schematics for the actuator, as well as my ongoing notes about building and using the actuator.

here I divert for a moment to include copies of schematics used or composed int he proocess of building the actuator. these are no complete by any means but should serve as a basis for understanding. Figure 1. is the encoding matrix used in the three through-ports int he base of th emachine; figure 2 covers the majority of the top half of the actuator; the motors, their function in the system, and the control logic for the motors and the light sources, figure 3 is the wiring diagram for the different components, each output referencing a different component in the communication interface on the top half of the machne.
figure 4 is one of the only other images I was able to find of actually assembled actuator control ports; the pictures assemblage was built by an undisclosed US military department for testing on an offshore base in 1969; the lsd testing around that time was, i do believe, linked to the progress on this machine in one way or another; perhaps as some sort of red herring designed by military officials to mislead public opinion and provide cover for the wackos they were pushing back into public rotation after the tests.

Similarly, the vibrations of the densities must conform themselves to this same octave system that is indicated by Ramanujan’s function, since they are composed of a fluidlike energy source.In the previous chapter, we indicated that Ramanujan’s function is based on 24, or three times eight. Kaku then explained that the harmonic of three sets of eight could be compressed down into one set of eight, which would then represent a single octave.
Having established that, we come up again to the geometric shapes themselves. These shapes, as previous chapters have indicated, are a series of “perfect” geometric solids that all fit within the sphere, and have a growth sequence that fits into the octave pattern, according to the Vedic model of Purusha and Prakriti.
Seth has already told us that the universe rises out of “cubes within cubes” in a universe made up of “a myriad of interconnecting wires, constantly trembling.” As stated, this is literally identical to superstring theory, which also discusses cubes within cubes as “hypercubes,” and builds the universe on a matrix of interconnecting strings that vibrate.
Tony Smith’s model of “S3#” shows us that our top thinkers are already working the Platonic solids into their mathematical models for these higher realms.For the rest of this chapter, we will present the words of Seth from the appendix section of “The Seth Material,” which help us to understand how the basic spherical units of energy in the Cosmos interact with each other.
It took us several years to actually match up all of this information with scientific data, but now as we conclude the three volumes of the series, we have found some degree of proof for almost every point that Seth had made back in 1969.This original text was invaluable in helping us to understand what was going on, as it provided crucial data that was missing in Ra’s own Law of One series.

The deverlopment of technologies assicated with the actuator can closely be linked with the history of US govermnet attempts at Mind control. here i will deal in that topic as briefly as i can.
The first phase of government mind control development grew out of the old occult techniques which required the victim to be exposed to massive psychological and physical trauma, usually beginning in infancy, in order to cause the psyche to shatter into a thousand alter personalities which can then be separately programmed to perform any function (or job) that the programmer wishes to"install". Each alter personality created is separate and distinct from the front personality. The 'front personality' is unaware of the existence or activities of the alter personalities. Alter personalities can be brought to the surface by programmers or handlers using special codes, usually stored in a laptop computer. The victim of mind control can also be affected by specific sounds, words, or actions known as triggers.
The second phase of mind control development was refined at an underground base below Fort Hero on Montauk , Long Island (New York) and is referred to as the Montauk Project. The earliest adolescent victims of Montauk style programming, so called Montauk Boys, were programmed using trauma-based techniques, but that method was eventually abandoned in favor of an all-electronic induction process which could be "installed" in a matter of days (or even hours) instead of the many years that it took to complete trauma-based methods.
The plans to create a mind controlled workers society have been in place for a long time. The current technology grew out of experiments that the Nazis started before World War II and intensified during the time of the Nazi concentration camps when an unlimited supply of children and adults were available for experimentation. We've heard about the inhumane medical experiments performed on concentration camp prisoners, but no word was ever mentioned by the media and the TV documentaries of the mind control experiments. That was not to be divulged to the American public. Mind control technologies can be broadly divided into two subsets: trauma-based or electronic-based.
Dr. Joseph Mengele of Auschwitz notoriety was the principle developer of the trauma-basedMonarch Project and the CIA'sMK Ultra mind control programs. Mengele and approximately 5, 000 other high ranking Nazis were secretly moved into the United States and South America in the aftermath of World War II in an Operation designated Paperclip. The Nazis continued their work in developing mind control and rocketry technologies in secret underground military bases. The only thing we were told about was the rocketry work with former Nazi star celebrities like Warner Von Braun. The killers, torturers, and mutilators of innocent human beings were kept discretely out of sight, but busy in U.S. underground military facilities which gradually became home to thousands upon thousands of kidnapped American children snatched off the streets (about one million per year) and placed into iron bar cages stacked from floor to ceiling as part of the 'training'. These children would be used to further refine and perfect Mengele's mind control technologies. Certain selected children (at least the ones who survived the 'training') would become future mind controlled slaves who could be used for thousands of different jobs ranging anywhere from sexual slavery to assassinations. A substantial portion of these children, who were considered expendable, were intentionally slaughtered in front of (and by) the other children in order to traumatize the selected trainee into total compliance and submission.

Physiological effects have been observed in a human subject in response to stimulation of the skin with weak electromagnetic fields that are pulsed with certain frequencies near 1/2 Hz or 2.4 Hz, such as to excite a sensory resonance. Many computer monitors and TV tubes, when displaying pulsed images, emit pulsed electromagnetic fields of sufficient amplitudes to cause such excitation. It is therefore possible to manipulate the nervous system of a subject by pulsing images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or TV set. For the latter, the image pulsing may be imbedded in the program material, or it may be overlaid by modulating a video stream, either as an RF signal or as a video signal. The image displayed on a computer monitor may be pulsed effectively by a simple computer program. For certain monitors, pulsed electromagnetic fields capable of exciting sensory resonances in nearby subjects may be generated even as the displayed images are pulsed with subliminal intensity.
Computer monitor and TV monitors can be made to emit weak low-frequency electromagnetic fields merely by pulsing the intensity of displayed images. Experiments have shown that the 1/2 Hz sensory resonance can be excited in this manner in a subject near the monitor. The 2.4 Hz sensory resonance can also be excited in this fashion. Hence, a TV monitor or computer monitor can be used to manipulate the nervous system of nearby people.

Picture this: A being of unknown origin feeds off your energy source while you’re trying to astral project. Is this the tales of nightmares, or something more? I’ve had run-ins with beings, and even with shadow entities that have shown an attraction to my energy levels… from my research, interviews, and personal experiences… I have come to an understanding of what mainstream culture deems as “Shadow People” or “Shadow Beings”.
I agree with some assessments that surround the lore of the astral realm but will leave that analysis and theories for the upcoming documentary “Locust Men” which is produced by Project Astral. Locust Men examines the true intentions of the “shadow beings” and how they differ within the astral realm.
If you encounter a shadow being during your astral travels, or dream sequences, do not panic; the aura of these beings are utilizing your fear to manifest themselves – you should exit your astral session and close-off any portals of meditation for a short duration of time (stay within the physical realm) and then try again. Want to know more about overcoming this roadblock to astral traveling?
If your encounters are frequent, you must meditate and raise your vibrations to a higher realm. Attempting to astral project without proper research & energy is the equivalent of trying to ride a bike without prior experience; you’ll keep falling… instead, frustration overtakes.
While astral projecting, you should have a safety net. This includes TWO STEPS.
1. Alarm
Set your alarm to envision the amount of time you wish to travel. The time within the astral realm seems longer than it’s actual presence.
2. Object/Light
Envision an object in the room you’re projecting from. This can be anything from a chair, a piece of jewelry, or a light source you envision to protect yourself. Surround yourself with a light force, projecting an aura.
